Maruti Suzuki has unveiled the all-new Jimny Thunder Edition in India, introducing a budget-friendly option starting at just ₹ 10.74 lakh (ex-showroom). This special edition model stands out with its unique features and accessories, offering a compelling alternative that comes at a notable Rs 2 lakh discount compared to the standard model. It’s essential to note that these attractive prices for the Jimny Thunder Edition are applicable until December 31, 2023.
Despite maintaining the familiar Jimny design, the Thunder Edition distinguishes itself with fresh accessories and eye-catching mountain graphics on its body panels. Notable enhancements include a front skid plate, door cladding, rain protectors for side windows, silver inserts on the bonnet, outside rearview mirrors, and front and rear fenders.
In terms of pricing, the standard Jimny, available in Zeta and Alpha variants, ranges from Rs 12.74 lakh (ex-showroom) to Rs 15.05 lakh (ex-showroom). The Thunder Edition offers an affordable yet stylish alternative with its limited-time pricing advantage.
The Thunder Edition boasts projector LED headlamps, automatic climate control, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with SmartPlay Pro+, engine start/stop switch, cruise control, six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability program, ISOFIX anchor points, hill hold and descent control, and a reverse parking camera, among other features.
